Job Description

Initiate recruitment process by preparing job description and conduct first level candidate screening
Negotiating with the candidate and ensuring the closure on time
Responsible for organizing and coordinating the Selection Center for promotion decisions
Ensure availability of manpower data and accurate organization structure for Resource Week, reviews, talent management etc
Analyze TNI data and work with HRBP to create functional training interventions
Conduct exit interview of separating employees and prepare analysis
Prepare a functional induction plan for new recruits in the division and implement the same
Handhold new joinees in preparing their goal sheets and ensure timely completion of annual goal setting exercise
Work closely with HRBP to complete goal sheet audits and ensure closure of audit observation
Ensure timely completion of mid-year and annual appraisal and prepare reports for performance calibration discussions
Support HRBP in creation and completion of IDPs and career conversations
Facillate discussions based on engagement survey feedback (MCARES) and monitor the action plans for completion
Implementation of Reward and Recognition policy including creating awareness and building excitement around RISE awards
Work closely with HRBP in facilitating execution of division specific HR interventions
Implement agreed communication programs by organizing events and activities
