Job Description

- Responsible for On Boarding, employee verification

- Responsible for End to end process in HRIS system.

- Responsible for Leave Management System

- Responsible for accurate timely, quality inputs of the payroll data to finance department for the successful delivery of Monthly Payroll.

- Responsible for Internal and External quarterly and yearly Audits and ensuring seamless closure of the same.

- Handling HR ticketing system

- Responsible for creating personal files and maintaining them throughout the lifecycle of the employee

- Prepare the MIS reports (HR Dashboard)

- Preparation of various HR Matrix,analyzing employee turnover, developing employee dashboard,

- Device the process excellence strategy across the organization

- MBA/PGDM with 5-7 years of HR operations experience

- IT Background will be preferred

- Good Team Handling skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Should be excellent in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power point).
