The person will spearhead the Talent Acquisition for the assigned Geography for all positions across levels and functions.
This will include both Sales and Non Sales from Junior management to senior management.
-Person should be an MBA HR
- should have exposure to Telecom sector recruitment's in current / past assignments
-should be a specialist in Recruitment and not a generalist.
- Should be open to work in a challenging environment
- have an appropriate years of experience
- should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- should be willing to join fast"
