Graduate in any Discipline Technical or non Technical ( Technical Preferred), with masters in Human Resource Management is must.
Minimum of 10 -12yrs of progressing profile in Human Resource Management with at-least 5 years experience in Engineering Captive center environment.
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience is essential.
Experience in Automotive Industry and ability to visualize and trouble shoot Engineering organization related problems.
MNC experience and foreign cultural exposure is must with good amount of interaction with outside India.
Working & Understanding of Manufacturing Industry work culture is added advantage.
Good English written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills,
Good understanding and experience in HR systems and understanding of current HR trends with Management skills &strong execution skills.
Local language is desirable.
