Manages Compensation processes to support deployment of Total Rewards Strategy.
Will be responsible for overall payroll activity including checking payroll inputs and calculations. Knowledge of Statutory payments and calculation process.
Preparing various MIS reports. Experience in handling payroll processing for at least 2500+ employees.
Experience in compensation survey and benchmarking. Good communications skills.
Knowledge of Employee Stock option schemes. Handled Group Mediclaim, Insurance negotiation, monthly addition, deletion inputs, checking of premium calculations.
Mumbai candidates will be preferred. Good communication skills (oral & written).
Having experience of at least min 10 years in this area.
