Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with various Labour Law Compliances PAN India & resolving issues of the company employees

2. Representing the company and Liasoning with Labour Authorities & Other Government Departments (viz local government bodies [MIDC, MSEB, water authority, etc.], factory inspector office, State Labour Department, Central Labour department, Labour courts, Prof. Tax, Shops & Establisment Authorities PF, ESI, etc.)

3. Handling HR related litigation, recovery of dues, bounced cheque or any other legal matters by and against the company by co-ordinating with lawyers.

4. Managing Pay Roll functions

5. Verifying Labour Contractor bills, security and other related bills

6. Monitoring Safety measures in the factory premises

7. Disciplinary and proactive actions to avoid IR issues, resolve employee grievances

8. Submission of all statutory returns under Factory Act and all other regulatory requirements from time to time

9. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations :

a) Conducting Enquiries in Sexual Harassment Cases

b) Issuing Warnings, Caution Notes, Terminations to erring employees & Handling other disciplinary issues of Employees

Qualification:

Degree with LLB/MBA

Experience:

5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing unit as HR Manager

Desired Skills:

Candidate should have fluency in English language

Well conversant with computer skills

Takes initiative to complete the task successfully

Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Result oriented, highly self-motivated and enthusiastic can-do attitude.
