Job Summary :
The HR partner will be responsible to develop and implement better people management practices.
Responsible to build a valuable relationship with people managers and employees and transfer requests and solutions to/from the business unit. Identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees, identify employees ready for promotion and rotate best talents across different functions in the organization.
Partner with managers and employees to provide Human Resources consultation and support on HR initiatives in the areas of employee relations, administration, performance management, employee development and legal compliance.
Experience: 7 years of experience preferably in Human resource with at least 6 yrs in ER
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement, motivation, communication; grievance handling; counseling, establishment and maintenance of communication channels.
Facilitate the creating of a world-class working environment that will attract and retain the highest caliber of people
Develop HR strategies to support and achieve employee relation activities
Responsible for all employee communication & grievances management
Actively benchmark all HR activities and adopt suitable initiatives based on industry trends
Conduct Employee satisfactions surveys and ensure that it is at expected levels
Facilitate the driving of organization Culture
Facilitate (through multiple initiatives) and support maintains high morale and teamwork resulting in high employee satisfaction.
Dealing with issues of employee (in) discipline and maintaining employee relations resulting in fun filled work place amidst high performance orientation.
Ensure regular communication happens from Top Management in the form of Town Halls and other meetings
Qualification : Graduation: PGDBM/ MBA (HR)/ MPM only .
