Job Description

Role will interact with HRBP global leaders to support them in preparing data and analytics related to headcount, cost and benefit analysis and different data to show current trends.
The role has to deliver lot of transactions through HR Shared Services and shall have a good exposure to Analytics and Data presentation.
The deliverables are met as per the SLA and identify scope for widening the services
Bring improvement to the operational efficiency of the processes
Build customer relationship, team management and their development
Execute production and delivery of management information, analytics and reporting of HR data contained within Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Champion HR initiatives to increase HR operational effectiveness and efficiency by automating, streamlining and integrating work processes, working closely with each HR systems owners.
Support the achievement of HR Operational Excellence goals for Global HR Operations
Analytics on HR KPIs and People productivity
Budget Controls (numbers & costs)
Deployment of HRMIS across all verticals of the Department
Ensuring proper governance on Statutory Compliance
Should have a good understanding of HR domain along with applied modelling and advanced quantitative analytic methods to solve business problems
Candidate Profile:
Experience in Global HR shared services in a reputed big organization
Managed a min. team size of 7-10 members and their performance programs
Ability to work in a service sector and global environment and different time zones
Strong capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different stakeholders
Excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills
Result orientation with high productivity; strong desire for success
Ability to recognize the value and responsibility of working in a team, actively support and develop team members, quick to identify the problem and solve any issues
Able to work to deadlines and adapt to changing condition
Candidate should be able to work in shifts preferably 2p.m -11p.m
Should have excellent communications skills oral and written.
