Recruitment & Selection :
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing Dept. Negotiating for salary details.
- Screening and short listing the resume as per requirement from Job Portal.
- Maintaining the headcount report across locations, handling the Recruitment activity, maintenance of resume data base & recruitment tracker.
- Scheduling interviews (F2F and telephonic) taking HR interviews & Reference checks.
- Short listing and verification of the candidates
- High volume recruitment as per manpower planning and within specified time limits.
- Responsible for the enrolment of the employees under all benefits as per the company policy
Joining & Induction :
- Completing Joining formalities.
- Inducting the new joiners to the organization's values, policies, processes, and structures.
- On-boarding the candidate to their respective areas.
- Generating new employee code in Attendance machine and updating the data.
- Processing salary
- Incorporating loan deduction, investment and reimbursement entries.
- Tracking record of salary advances, Loan, Leave encashment and respective deductions.
- Generating payslips of main salary and reimbursement salary on monthly basis.
- Incorporating increments and arrears in Master.
- Maintaining joining document checklist.
Leave Management :
- Responsible for Leave Management and leave policies
- Keeping and maintaining the leave records of employees
- Maintaining daily attendance records.
- Responsible for Salary process, handling all queries of leave and salary issues.
- Employee Engagement/Relations/Grievances
- Sending Birthdays and Anniversary wishes to employees.
- Wishing them on their new achievements, on the completion of their respective years.
- Taking care of festival celebrations, Farewell Celebrations, party celebration.
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain the cordial management - employee relations.
