Job Description

-Prepares the road map for various marketing activities .
-Makes personal visits to customers to build up effective relationship & face to face promotion of Hospital
-Reviews & assesses the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & programmes,takes corrective action & recommends improvement in market coverage & sales administration
-Keeps the Director-International marketing, informed as required by her on various marketing activities
-Demonstrate & Promote Asian Value System in all interactions
-Actively focus on subordinate development through performance monitoring,periodical counseling.guiding & coaching.
-Set out targets & objectives jointly for key positions.
-Appraise performance on the achievement of targets against predefined objectives & recommends career progression decisions.
