Job Objectives:

Accounting and Balance Sheet Management

Assets Control

1. Accounting and Balance Sheet Management

Monthly Closing, Reporting of actual results and maintaining US-GAAP books
Monthly Rolling Estimates
Annual Business Plan
Generate Zonal P&L as well as separate p&l's for each Unit and Vertical (Supply Chain, General Trade, National Key Accounts and Minute Maid Alternate Beverages)
Repository of historic MIS of each Unit and Zone
Through review and reconciliation of all balance sheet items monthly
Custodian of the monthly closing file and all related working papers

2. Business Analytics

Analytics and data based decision support
Identifying opportunities and making a time bound action plan to ensure achievement of goals in alignment with stakeholders
Tracking the progress
Conducting regular review meetings with stakeholders to ensure budgetary control

3. Indian GAAP

Maintaining the IGAAP books and records (JV file, TB print etc.)
Timely and accurate closing of IGAAP books
Coordinating and ensuring timely closure of IGAAP audit without any major issues
Timely completion of IGAAP tax audit along with all schedules and annexures

4. Controls and Compliance

Update and maintain process narratives as required under SOX
Ensure timely completion of SOX / CSA audit
Ensure no High Risk in SOX audit and reduction in Potential Risks
Ensure 100% compliance to Chart of Authority
Ensure adherence to Standard Practices and Procedures (SPP), local policies and processes

5. Assets Control

Maintaining and updating the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and getting the physical verification conducted as per company policy.
Ensure compliance with the Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) policy and carry out independent physical verification as per the CDE policy
Ensure Sales Executive sign off in line with the CDE policy
Carry out reconciliation between Cooler Tracking System and FAR
Review cooler inventory and ageing with stake holders
Follow up on recovery of missing coolers
Comply with the CO2 inventory process and ensure reconciliation and recovery where applicable

Minimum Education and Work Experience

CA or ICWA with 8-10 Years of Experience.
Good Exposure in Financial Planning and Analysis Division.
Good in ERP System, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Good written and Verbal communication skills.
Can lead a team of 2-4 financial / Business
Have worked with good MNC and is familiar with Monthly, Quarterly reporting.
