Job description and responsibilities:

You will provide advice and creative solutions for a diverse range of private and state-owned businesses as well as Financial institutions including private equity clients.
You guide them through major transactions, operational changes and strategic decisions - helping with anything from a merger or a fraud investigation to providing ideas that enhance business performance.
Our Clients Transactions Group offers fully integrated pre- and post- deal services including financial, internal control and information systems, human resource, commercial, operational and tax due diligence, deal advice and post deal integration.
They assist vendors, strategic buyers and financial Investors in structuring and negotiating deals uncovering potential risks or opportunities to deliver deal value to our clients. They are recruiting Manager for the Financial Due Diligence team who will assist in providing deal related services, principally from a financial and accounting perspective to both financial and strategic buyers, and vendors.
Incumbent would be responsible for the following:
To independently handle Financial Due Diligence
To co-ordinate with tax and other teams to execute and finalize the entire report
To play the pivotal role in advising on acquisitions and joint ventures
Client interfacing , liaisoning and independently handling client relationship
Scoping the assignments, preparing and drafting / reviewing the proposal
Initiating marketing meetings

Desired candidate profile:

Chartered Accountant with 7-8 years of experience and good analytical and communication skills
Experience in handling Financial Due Diligence
Relevant experience in reviewing and closing the entire report
Should have experience in Statutory Audits, Internal Audits of manufacturing and Service Companies, system audit, setting up of process, etc
Must exhibit ability to handle a team and work within deadlines
Should have good analytical and communication skill
Should have working knowledge of Company Law and Taxation

Academic Qualifications - Qualified Chartered Accountant CA
