Job Description

Handling Debtors for the company. Ensuring minimum Overdue and bad debts .
Handling of Scheme Spends, Trade discounts and marketing spends.
Analyzing marketing spends and cost benefit analysis for the marketing spends done for generation of business.
Framing of Commercial Policy for different divisions.
Ensuring credit controls as per policy implemented through system
Institutionalizing other terms of policy controls through systems
Responsible for Financial Planning Process and involved in business planning with cross functions
Control and Monitoring of Profitability
Handling of matters related to Distribution Partners (Scheme Spends, Pricing and Discounts)
Assist the Accounting team with month end close including maintenance of accruals,marketing accruals.
Providing the management and other functional heads with accurate & timely reporting of plan actual
comparison with analytical review.
To work closely with the Commercial department to have better visibility into
Trade Investments and to do monthly review of DP bill backs with contracts and to ensure alignment with volume targets.
Ensuring the capex spends are within the budgets & the phasing is as per the planned schedule.
Evaluation of Marketing Spends for Cost Benefit Analysis .
