Management of all accounting functions, purchasing, liaisons with the financial institutions, banking, insurance, audits, taxes, local laws and regulations and several other financial and administrative functions.
Manages the fiscal accounting and booking in cooperation with the corporate advisory.
Does Business control in cooperation with the corporate advisory.
Manages tax-related accomplishments, returns, litigation and customs clearances in cooperation with the corporate advisory.
Manages the IT facilities.
Manages corporate finance and banking relationships in cooperation with the corporate advisory.
Manages legal affairs and insurance policies in cooperation with the corporate advisory.
Coordinates the purchase activities of the company.
Manages payroll for company staff.
Manages the internal/ statutory/ transfer pricing Audit.
Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts in coordination with the ED.
Ensure that the company are continuously keeping sufficient fund to fulfill its financial obligation by preparing monthly cash flow forecast. Monitor the actual cash flow against forecast and take the necessary measure to remedy variances.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments.
Provide needed support to ED and other Departments Head in developing financial and budget policies and procedures.
Ensure that financial controls are in place at functions and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
