Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for project finance transactions right from sourcing the proposal till disbursement.
Work closely with clients for creation and implementation of syndication proposals.
Maintain and develop relations with Developers, NBFC, Banks, PE funds and Investors.
Due diligence and preparation of pitch books for the transactions
Responsible for preparing detailed information memorandum and structuring Private Equity and debt deals
Create an innovative investment structures and funding mechanisms to suit both the developers and the investors.
Assist and co-ordinate with Investors, developers and the asset owners in legal, technical and financial due diligence to minimize the transaction risk
Investment sales for HNIs
Executing deals involving land banks/ Joint Venture
Job Specific Skills:
MBA /CA with at least 7 -10 years of relevant work experience.
Should possess excellent writing and financial modeling skills.
Hands on in making Pitch books, Information Memorandum, Financial Projections.
Prior experience in executing debt syndication transactions for Real Estate Projects is preferable
Should have experience in managing process at PSU and Pvt Banks
Must have successfully worked up advisory transactions for Real Estate Projects or Infra sector projects.
Knowledge about legal documentation involved from appraisal till sanction is an added advantage
Must have worked closely with atleast 3-4 PSU banks in past
Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Prefer people from Big 4 or Real Estate Industry or Investment Banks with focus on Real Estate sector
