The candidate would be responsible for end to end Learning & Technical Development.

* Need Assessment, Program Design, Content Development & Facilitation.
* Measuring Training Effectiveness and Benefit to the Organization.
* Designed and developed FML L&D framework to ensure a competent workforce.
* Reviewing & updating training programs of dexterity learning centers.
* Automated training applications to streamline the processes.
* Data Analysis - Learning & Development, Performance etc.
* Statutory and Internal audits.
* New Hire Induction - design & delivery.
* Monitoring trainee technician's recruitment process.
* Trainee's performance review and analysis.
