Job Summary: Be responsible for the all customer communication regarding ongoing projects and ensure that all customer requirements are met. Seek customer feedback and communicate to the senior leadership.
Track all ongoing projects on a day to day to basis.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and to ensure progress on projects as per customer requirements.
Be responsible for all customer communication and inform the customer on the progress of ongoing projects.
Set up internal priorities for projects based on customer requirements.
Seek customer feedback on a regular basis, inform senior leadership of the same and take actions to on the same by coordinating with all internal stakeholders.
Set up regular governance calls with the customer and senior leadership team, take minutes of the call and track progress on actionables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English
Qualification and Experience: BE with MBA Marketing with 10 years of relevant experience. Should understand the complete product development cycle. Preferable in case has worked in production in a manufacturing operation before moving to sales.
