Job Description

Job Description:

To conceptualize, execute, coordinate, & communicate corporate social responsibility programs for the company. Effective communication on CSR projects with internal & external stakeholders.
Implement CSR programs, e.g. Site visits, research, drafting of findings, analysis and reports
Prepare presentations and reports, printing of collateral's regarding CSR activities
Promote and communicate volunteerism across company locations.
Measuring, impact analysis & reporting on CSR projects.
Identify key Stakeholders, develop and implement stakeholder engagement mechanism and initiatives.
Sourcing, Coordinating and collating CSR MIS from various Implementation partners such as NGOs, Academic Institutions, vendors & other entities.
Documentation work in case of tie ups

Professional Skills:

Application of knowledge of New Companies Act 2012 (Section 135 & Schedule VII) pertaining to CSR into implementation.
Independent assessment and analyses of project design and approaches
Monitoring and evaluation of projects including Impact Assessments &Strategic Review and Planning
Experience of working on health and hygiene preferred
Documentation of project processes, and reporting program progress to various stakeholders.
Experience on identifying, developing and implementing long-term partnerships with NGOs, Govt. Institutions and other social enterprises.

Essential Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Social Work from a reputed institute.
Professionals having 2 - 8 years relevant experience in CSR / not for profit sector.
Adept at working with cross-functional teams spread across various parts of an organization.
Ready to travel pan India for project implementation and supervision.
