Job Description


The Corporate Communications team at our client aims at enhancing awareness and understanding of the organization and its objectives through various initiatives, activities and communication channels that spans across the organization.

Role Description:

Manage all the internal communication channels to ensure associate engagement and alignment to the organization
Introduce new and innovative communication channels and resources
Arrive at a channel mix that fits with the organization, taking into account associate preferences and accessibility
Source, write and produce compelling content for the various communication channels
Provide advice and guidance on best practices around internal communications to various internal teams
Work with senior leaders on their communication requirements as and when required
Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across the organization to gather relevant news and deliver communications around developments and activities that are in alignment with the firms business strategy
Recommend strategies for improving adoption, readership and effectiveness of communication channels
Propose and develop strategies for evaluating and measuring the impact and effectiveness of the different channels of communication.
Establish close working relationships with US partners and appropriately align with the best practices being followed by the client

Candidate Description:

Should have strong conceptualization and visualization capabilities
A sound understanding of the potential of various communication platforms (print, social media, digital media, events etc.
Ability to comprehend the technical and user interface aspects of the various channels of communication
Should be comfortable influencing and challenging senior leaders in a constructive manner.
Sound knowledge of various measurement / tracking tools and techniques
Good understanding of the factors that need to be taken into account when communicating across cultures and geographies
Ability to think through the various aspects of a topic (risks, challenges etc) to offer solutions in accelerated time-frames
Experience in vendor management
Graphic design skills preferred

The candidate should have work experience in the range of 8-15 years, preferably in content / channels management. Experience in conceptualizing large events and providing content / copy support to events will be an added advantage
