Opening for Manager- Corporate Communication with a Big 4 for Bangalore location.
The job role will be to work closely with senior management and communications teams on social media strategy, creating content for each platform, posting the content, monitoring the performance and reporting it regularly.

Creating content for social networking sites (FB / LI / Twitter / Blogs etc)
Managing social communities, engaging with fans and followers, providing prompt responses and updates
Ensuring that the community is well engaged with the brand
Must be able to ideate with the design team and write copy for the post in fluent English
Ability to schedule posts and make sure they are posted at the right time
Analysis of how accounts are performing and reporting to management
Able to demonstrate knowledge of the overall social landscape and stay up to date on social media best practices
Work across teams to ensure consistent messaging is created and campaign strategies are aligned
POVs on social media best practices and share among the communications team
Work closely with top management to ensure campaigns are on strategy, on time and on target
Offer key insights for improving programs to enhance results
Understand basic research techniques and methodologies and use them to support development/execution of campaigns.
Monitor and analyze online media and other relevant digital communications channels for internal communications engagement like training support etc
Provide support in drafting internal announcement, assist in designing internal and external newsletter
Review manage and update the corporate websites
Update and maintain the notice board
Support the communications manager in developing interactive video campaigns for internal engagement and marketing
Vendor coordination for developing multi-media products, publications, corporate gifts etc
Administrative Draft purchase orders / contracts for vendors
Desired Skills and Experience:
Postgraduate (Mass communication /PR/ Journalism) /New Media
10 to 15 years of dedicated digital or social media experience at an interactive, advertising, communications/public relations or marketing agency
Passion for social media and community building online, including knowledge of social media platforms as well as tools of the trade
Superior written and verbal communication skills
knowledge of latest technological trends
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks
