Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for designing, overseeing and implementing organizational compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.

The role will include responsibilities in the following areas, but not limited to the below:

Design Comp/Ben structures in line with local practices, handle compensation surveys and benchmark on global scale

Evaluate jobs, benchmarks, and review job offers for internal and external equity

Evaluate C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, compensative and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations

Conduct reviews of current base salary levels and proposing salary changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data. Research and analyze salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector

Monitor the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff

Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information to determine organization's competitive positions

Review and make annual recommendation of salaried merit budget, salary administration guidelines and salary structure increase

Monitor and ensure controls based on actual and budgeted staff costs.

Skill set required:

Proven expert knowledge in compensation and benefits functions and implementation of a competitive compensation and benefits policy

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Access and Power Point, strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to work with confidential information

High analytics and statistical skills

Logic and reasoning to identify the pros/ cons of alternative solutions

Ability to analyze the data, resulting into vital findings & use the same for important decisions.

Education and experience:

Master's degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in designing/implementing compensation structure

Exposure in managing C&B globally - APAC (China), South America, Europe( UK) and US and other relevant locations
