Job Description

- Manages Compensation processes to support deployment of Total Rewards Strategy.

- Will be responsible for overall payroll activity including checking payroll inputs and calculations.

- Knowledge of Statutory payments and calculation process.

- Preparing various MIS reports. Experience in handling payroll processing for at least 2500+ employees.

- Experience in compensation survey and benchmarking. Good communications skills.

- Knowledge of Employee Stock option schemes. Handled Group Mediclaim, Insurance negotiation, monthly addition, deletion inputs, checking of premium calculations.

- Mumbai candidates will be preferred. Good communication skills (oral & written).

- Having experience of at least min 10 years in this area.

- Solves problems which are moderate in scope and complexity,ready for late hours working
