Qualifications : BHM / MBA - Marketing & Sales
Experience : 9 -14 years
* Responsible for managing the Profit Center operations of the club.
* Responsible for overall sales and operations of the club.
* Responsible for increasing the Membership base and other packages.
* Manage the Sponsorships in the club.
* Responsible for revenue generation and meeting business plan targets.
* Manage the F&B operations.
* Responsible for maintaining highest standards of aesthetics, hygiene and cleanliness.
* Ensure optimum customer service is delivered.
* Provide training & mentoring to the staff and maintain high performing team that aligns with the company policies.
Ideal candidate should be BHM Graduate/MBA with 9 - 14 years of experience in managing the sales and operations in big size club/resort etc. He should have good experience in increasing the sales, F&B operations and revenue generation through different sources. He should have good communication and presentation skills. He should be able to manage and drive the team.
