* BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
* IT experience preferably in Contact Center Technologies with ( 3+ for TL role )years in Genesys
* Must have Genesys Integration/Development Experience
* Extensive experience in Genesys Inbound , Outbound ,Routing/Reporting
* Experience in Team handling & Project Lead/Management.
* Must have worked in Onsite-Offshore Delivery model.
* Experience in Genesys Integration, Routing Strategies, GAD and SLA bound troubleshooting.
* Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
