Job Description

Summary of Job Purpose: Roles & responsibilities :

* Work with clients to understand their business challenges and formulate business problems
* Work with teams based out of India in solving these business problems by translating the them into an analytics problem solving framework
* Present results to senior management through insightful recommendations
* Ensure service delivered is consumed and create tangible business impact
* Building relationship with clients by understanding client business and enabling analytics to drive business
* Motivate, lead and manage a team of talented associates to provide quality client deliverables
* Work closely with ops team managers to ensure smooth delivery
* Build client relationships, adopt an engagement model with clear cadence on communication within the client organization
* Create a strong connect with the clients
* Proactively identify client issues and suggest analytic solutions to drive business impact
* Work with clients to understand their business challenges and formulate business problems
* Grow the account via expanding the client connect with different stakeholders
* Own a dollar target

Key Account-abilities:

* To be ADT's engagement manager for the client : Become clients goto person for any & all analytic oriented solutions
* Deliver on a dollar target
* Ensure client satisfaction via smooth delivery of projects

Qualifications and Skills Required:

* Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought
* Total 5 to 8 Years of experience
* Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems accurately while paying attention to detail in the solution
* Hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, VBA/Macros, SQL. Skills in SAS/R are good to have.
* Ability to develop relationships with clients and operations team to built on trust and credibility
* Experience working with VP, SVP level executives with Fortune 500 companies
* Experience in global delivery is a definite plus
* Strong interpersonal and team management skills
* Exceptional written and oral communications skills
* Hands on analytic experience : 4 years (min)
* Understanding of various analytical techniques,
* Prefer a CPG experience
* Preference for folks with prior exp on client management
* Have done both independent delivery of projects
* Educational : MBA or Graduate with higher exp.
