Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Curating Supply :

- Responsible for curating supply in terms of selection of channel partners across different cities

Marketing Activities :

- Planning Go-to-Marketing strategies, Region-wise Marketing Promotions, Product Launch Activity planning and execution, internal and external communication

Trade Activities :

- Promoting channels via Marketing and ensure that activities are carried out by partners as agreed. Introducing & managing initiatives and partner retention through tools like partner portal

Schemes and promotions :

- Creating and driving tactical schemes in conjunction with partners in order to drive sales

Analysis & Feedback :

- Conducting Partners and End Customers Survey, Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends and check the effectiveness and ROI of channel marketing campaigns

Campaign Management :

- Handling campaigns within channels in different cities for a defined period of time

Requirements :

- Sound understanding of all traditional / below the line modes of marketing

- Should be data driven and should optimize for the right parameters and have strong execution capabilities

- Prior experience in trade marketing is preferable

- Positive and highly motivated and driven; Capable of driving exponential growth in a very short time frame

- Should be willing to work in a fast paced / dynamic environment

- Excellent communication skills

- FMCG experience preferred (IIM/XLRI/MDI/FMS/SPJIMR/ISB)
