Job Description

Job Purpose: Develop and install Customer Centricity processes in the group businesses, so as to achieve marketing excellence as relevant to each business and to the Group as a whole, eventually setting them up as a Group Standard.

Principal Account abilities
(1) Develop a mechanism to assess & improve Marketing Capability across the group
(a) Work with HR to integrate the gap analysis and as part of the bi annual performance assessment plan
(b) Enable online and offline programmer to up skill the talent available either by business program mes or at a group level

(2) In conjunction with Team lead and Businesses, implement designated Customer Centric processes as per specific business & group needs
(a) Continuously identify the right fit of processes both for B2B & B2C businesses
(b) Pilot out the newly designed Customer Centric Process in the businesses with Team lead

(3) Standardize the above processes for future use across the group
(a) Course correct if required using Business and external best practice developments

(4) Develop with Team lead a World class Marketing Toolkit to be used for all our Businesses and any Centrally driven program mes
(a) Develop the marketing frame work for each business and understand overlaps and differences between them
(b) Identify the ideal process that supports these frameworks by working closely within CIBD (Consumer Insights and Brand Development) and best in class external consultants

(5) Measuring success of the above initiatives and recommend changes when required
(a) Creating, monitoring metrics for measuring Marketing excellence, evaluating progress against the same and adapting the program-me accordingly

(6) Initiate and run a state of art Internal Marketing program-me to highlight Customer Centricity in the organization
(a) Use formal (digital based) and informal methods to create interest and momentum
