Job Description

Primary Responsibilities and Account-abilities:

1. Manage a team of 7-20 people.
2. Performing Qualitative and Quantitative account business development support
3. Measure, monitor and improve client service by guiding team members and driving excellence in service delivery
4. Focus teams on the key priorities while managing several medium to large size projects
5. Ensure that team members deliver quality service as per clients needs and priorities
6. Ensure smooth service delivery
7. Partner with internal and external clients to improve processes
8. Work with project leaders to analyze resource needs and gaps across locations, and devise alternative ways forward.
9. Assign people to projects based on their skills, career goals and clients expectations
10. Produce assignment budgets and timetables, and manage delivery against them
11. Provide team members with accurate and useful guidance in technical areas of high risk and complexity
12. Act as a counsellor for team members
13. Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees
14. Identify L&D requirements of counselees

Competencies / skills:

1. Excellent understanding of company, industry and economic research, financial statements and valuations
2. Excellent understanding of transactions life cycle and M&A activities and products
3. Expert level knowledge of basic corporate finance principles
4. Good understanding of corporate transactions and funding mechanisms
5. Expert level knowledge and hands on experience with MS Excel
6. Assessing findings and communicating insights
7. Managing risk and practice management
8. Scoping and engagement
9. Articulating TAS value propositions and developing the business
10. High energy with good people management and project management skills
11. Proven experience in interacting with senior management of clients
