The Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Manager - Black Belt position will work full time for a minimum period of 24 months on assigned projects that support the Berkadia India Operations. This position is in Hyderabad.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Successful application of process improvement methodologies to drive improvements and provide quality analytics to MBB / BB
Prepare monthly dashboards for management review
Ensure performance data is updated monthly and accessible to black belts and operations
Support black belts on specific data requirements and analysis
Maintain year wise trends of important monthly metrics by process
Coordinate/facilitate meetings with various departments to ensure implementation of and compliance with dashboard and other initiatives.
Graduates with management or engineering degree (Full time) from reputed institute / University.
Black Belt or Green Belt Certification from an established & recognized six sigma program and direct experience of doing / mentoring DMAIC/DFSS projects
Certification should be not be earlier than 2011
Good understanding of Statistics and Lean tools.
Proficiency in working with six sigma tools like Minitab and Visio.
ADVANCE knowledge and skill in using Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
Eight to ten years total work experience in Banking and Financial services domain in the area of operations and six sigma, out of which at least three years experience should be in process improvement or six sigma
Those working in process improvement or six sigma area currently will be preferred
Those promoted to Manager in 2014 or later can be considered.
Ability to identify problems proactively and use data to drive understanding
Self-starter, motivated and capable of working with large databases
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and engage with all levels of the organization
Ability to work with diverse teams in a virtual environment.
Location / Travel:
This position will be based in Hyderabad, India. The Black belt candidate will be considered a global Berkadia resource. Potential for international travel exists
