Defect analysis and take countermeasures accordingly

Handling customer complaint and customer visit,Final Inspection of Final Goods

Documentation related

Customer Return Analysis & countermeasure

To prepare daily rejection report & prevent the failure modes.

Inspection on the development product & new sample.

Maintain the customer targeted PPM on monthly basis.

Giving suggestion for quality improvement & increase the productivity.
