You will be responsible for,
1. Operations and Customer Support
2. Testing Vendor Management
- Managing daily certification operations and ensure process is followed
- Plan and implement continuous improvements in process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensuring efficient customer support regarding certification and troubleshooting, resulting into high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the testing vendor relationship - interact with vendor, make spot checks, and ensure a smooth certification experience
- Responsible for improving user experience by managing vendor & testing centers across India.
- Building awareness using certifications
3. Business Targets and Tracking business metrics
- Track performance metrics of the business unit & Reporting
- Managing business targets [re-certifications, bookings, certified volumes. etc.]
