Job Description

You will be responsible for,
1. Operations and Customer Support

  • Managing daily certification operations and ensure process is followed
  • Plan and implement continuous improvements in process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring efficient customer support regarding certification and troubleshooting, resulting into high customer satisfaction.
2. Testing Vendor Management
  • Manage the testing vendor relationship - interact with vendor, make spot checks, and ensure a smooth certification experience
  • Responsible for improving user experience by managing vendor & testing centers across India.
  • Building awareness using certifications
3. Business Targets and Tracking business metrics
  • Track performance metrics of the business unit & Reporting
  • Managing business targets [re-certifications, bookings, certified volumes. etc.]
