Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :
Training :
- Responsible for managing and facilitating skill based training and developmental training
- Develop content; agenda for all trainings
- Accountable for employee performance and training ROI
- Conducting Train the trainer workshops for the HOD- s

Recruitment :
- Involved in recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing andon-boarding
- Strategize the staffing requirement based on the industry pool availability, client requirement and organization requirement
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, compensation structure and the industry standards
- Prepare Job Descriptions and competency framework for new and current positions
- Scheduling and managing New Hire Induction
- Building efficiency by managing the source mix, CPH and COH based on requirements

Employee Relations and Engagement :
- Managing employee grievances and counseling them
- Responsible for daily and weekly meetings with HODs
- Design and schedule weekly staff activity
- Arranging employees and HOD meetings, events, etc
- Scheduling and managing all employee events, awareness program and activities for employee satisfaction
- Responsible for employee retention and satisfaction
- Managing off-boarding
- Administer HR policies and procedures; investigate, counsel and advise employees and managers on HR polices/practices/procedures
- Manage day-to-day employee relations activities and establish positive working environment and relationships.
- Arrangement and Allocation of employee accommodation
- Partner with the stake holders to ensure that core HR processes such as talent reviews, performance management and succession planning are driven across the units

HR MIS and Payroll :
- Managing attendance for contract and temporary employees
- Managing data for contract and temporary employees
- Reviewing the temporary employees vouchers
- Update and maintenance of employee accommodation
- Prepare the monthly reports.
- Prepare and process payroll for full - time and contract employees
- Responsible for maintaining training data for all departments
- Maintaining personal files for all employees
- Visiting Government office and labor offices for statutory requirements.
- Creating Reports and Analysis for better effectiveness and documentation

Other Requirement :
- 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources
- Training Experience is mandatory
- Hospitality Experience Preferred
- Assertive Individual with natural people management skills
- Should be able to manage and drive results from employees at all levels
