Job Description

Skill: The person will be responsible for authoring proposals primarily for Application Outsourcing and/or System Integration opportunities. This would also include providing support for proposal response efforts.

Must Have: Extremely strong industry domain skills in any one of the key sectors - Financial Services, Communication Media & Tech., Resources, Products, Health & Public Sector

"* Should have significant hands-on experience in writing proposals for IT Services transactions worth more than $10mn in total value

* Should have worked in a multi-cultural environment outside of India in a sales support or sales enablement role

* Ability to take accountability for driving win rates for the proposals they are working on" Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills without a strong local accent

"* Experience in presales/proposal development function for deals primarily of Application Development and Maintt.

Good to Have: * Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc)

* Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal

* Capacity to translate complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes into readable and winning proposal

* Ability to establish and maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts from industry and technology capability"

* Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities

* Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational and communication

* Educational qualification - First Class BE/B. Tech preferably MBA"
