Ensure that all Collateral Calls are attended on timely manner
Ensure all ISDA/ MCA are in place for all new counter-parties & updated in Collateral system.
Assist in resolving disputed calls which are escalated by AM.
Resolution of queries raised by the team / AM.
Interacting with UK/US colleagues for process improvement and to plug the gaps in the process.
Manage expectation & provide resolution by interacting with clients and counter-parties
Timely escalation of critical issues to Upper management.
Identify enhancement in the application used & should be able to draft BRDs and review
Should be able to draft test cases of testing application for any new functionality introduced.
Should be able to provide feedback to the team on their performance.
Should be able to plan on Efficiency.
Maintain Client satisfaction
Any other responsibility from time to time
Qualification of Post Graduate experience with 8+ years to 15 years or Graduate with relevant collateral experience of 8-15 yrs
Should have handle team of atleast 5- 30 people
Good written / oral communication / Interpersonal skills & presentation skills
Proactive in taking additional responsibilities
Learning ability, general awareness of industry changes in collateral management process
Good understanding of MS Excel ,PowerPoint
Experience in dealing with Senior/ Top Management
