Job Description

General Requirements

Relevant experience with a track record of progressively responsible positions Maximum 12 years of experience.
The Manager will lead all revenue cycle work for the us based revenue cycle transformation practice.
Will manage incoming requests and appropriate manage team members to ingest requests, clarify requests, collect client data, conduct the analysis, and provide follow up based on client feedback.
High level of organization, time management and delegation skills necessary to prioritize and adjust work flow as volume and deadlines mandate.
Excellent interpersonal skills essential to communicate, facilitate and present effectively, written and oral, with internal and external personnel at various levels
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Ability to collect and manage engagement based requests from US based client teams and proactively manage anticipated data collection and analysis challenges.
Establishes relationships with US client Partners, Directors, and Managers to meet the operational and analytics needs of the practice.
Collaborates across business units with stakeholders, providing thought leadership, and driving day-to-day implementation of the analytics strategy.
Stays abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the revenue integrity practice.

Revenue Cycle Experience Requirements

Broad understanding and experience within acute care hospital, physician practice operations, and other health care services.
Strong working knowledge of insurance contract types, billing and collection processes and functions, patient access, Health Information Management, and hospital general revenue cycle management strategies
Extensive knowledge of US revenue cycle operations, including, patient access (scheduling/registration), HIM, charge capture, charge master development, revenue departments, payer billing, and collections.
Extensive knowledge of the rules for billing and reimbursement of Medicare and Medicaid.
Extensive knowledge of CPT, ICD9, HCPCS and Revenue Codes.
Certification in Epic or Cerner revenue cycle applications and/or certification through HFMA and/or certification in other health care professional organizations preferred

Data Analytics Requirements

Develop standard and repeatable workflows to meet the majority of analytics requests.
Develop mechanisms to collect and manage analytics requests in an organized, efficient and logical manner
In consultation with subject matter experts, develop innovative analytics approaches/concepts to differentiate offerings against other consultancies

Qualification:

MSc in Healthcare/MBA in Healthcare Management
Even candidates who has done post graduation in pharmacy
