The qualifications are:
1. Good knowledge of the full acts:
Indian Registration Act. , Rent Control Act, Indian Contract Act, Labours laws related to Shops & Est. Act, PF, ESIC, Contract labour, FEMA, Corporate Laws, Customs Act, Information Technology Act, Indian Penal Code, Provisions related to STPI
2. Good drafting skills, including drafting of contracts.
3. Experience in compliances of above acts
4. Company secretarial/ROC exposure
5. Good working knowledge of excel, word & powerpoint
6. Involvement in commercial negotiations
7. Fair understanding of commercials laws like VAT, Service Tax & Income tax
Experience: 4-10 years post qual. in a service industry.
