Should have demonstrated good end to end program management skills of medium to large scale projects (>$5M independent responsibility) - Scope, Cost, Schedule, and Risk.
The job involves critical review of multiple projects with emphasis on Milestone Fidelity, EAC growth, Proactive risk mitigation and Management Reporting. Eye for details, analytical skills, good communication skills are a must
Should have reasonable understanding of CMMI, lean practices Competency Development practices .
Should be able independently formulate, deploy and execute to the strategies towards driving operational excellence in aero space including productivity improvement
Should be able to drive common engineering processes to bring efficiencies across aerospace
Should be a go getter with effective internal and external stake holders management. Should demonstrate a sense of urgency and consistent performance with collaborative attitude
Exposure to cross functional and cross business experience and should have worked in global environment
Must be an innovative and integrative thinker quick to visualize solutions and generate ideas
A good people leader, quick to identify people problems, fosters teamwork and ensures transparency and fairness in all actions
A demanding leader who makes people better through challenges and by holding people accountable to unfaltering performance
