Job Description

Incumbent will be responsible for -


o Induction
o Yellow, Green belt training and certification
o Train internal auditors

Maintain the current quality framework (ISO 9001:2013), transition to 9001:2015

o Hygiene of the quality system records
o Manage internal audit system
o Liaise with certification agency

Lead organization wide improvement projects
Implement a Performance Excellence Framework (like Malcolm Baldrige, RBNQA)

The following attributes are required in candidates applying to this position:

Graduate from any stream (preferably B.Sc., BE) with 7 to 10 years experience of which at least 2 should be in the quality function
At least 3 years in a client delivery role
Lean Six-sigma Green Belt aspiring to be a Black Belt
Strong domain knowledge in:

quality practices, techniques, tools like lean, six-sigma, kaizen, RCA, quality measurements
process skills (design, document, implement, train)

Confident and dynamic, a self starter
Strong leadership, influencing and convincing skills
