Job Description

Role:

User Experience Strategy
Be a strategic player in defining user experience of Yodlee products, features or custom components for the International market. Lead the research and design initiatives for Yodlee products to provide a compelling brand and user experience for existing and potential customers.
Ensure that all Yodlee products, features or custom components are well documented through UI specifications and up to date site maps
Market Analysis
Analyze the competitive landscape and provide competitive overview, strength / weaknesses analysis of key competitors.
Understand and lead the analysis of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right feature set to drive engagement and usage
Conduct info sessions on new designs for internal stakeholders.
Provide UX inputs for pre-sales efforts and enabling clients to understand Yodlee product or feature offerings.
Identify and manage key customers and assess their requirements and key business processes through targeted user research techniques
Design end-to-end solutions and application enhancements that meet the needs of the market.
Contribute to the entire product life cycle from concept through planning to development and sales supporting activities for the existing and new products
Take new product opportunities and validated through an initial sales process, and coordinate the development and launch in cooperation with all appropriate functional organizations. Build early prototypes of new products to validate with sales, customers.
Design creative solutions for current and future Yodlee products or features with a balanced understanding of strategy, research, usability, interaction, and visual design. Product planning and product design (including Wireframes and Prototypes) of new product features and enhancements.
Work with other cross-functional team members to bring features live to the site
Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
Sales Enablement
Build product demonstrations highlighting the value delivered by the product to the customer. Demonstration includes, demo script and demo value guide.
Experience with the financial services and or payments industry is a PLUS. Strong Interaction design skills are a minimum,
with strong business and customer acumen, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Interaction Design activities
Create simple but elegant visual designs and interaction models that allow users to understand and manage large amount of complex information
Develop prototypes, storyboards, screen-flow diagrams wireframes, prototypes, page mock-ups and written text content to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Participate actively in user research and usability testing
Develop, document and maintain design requirements for new products and all products enhancements.
Understand and lead the analysis of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right feature set to drive engagement and usage
Prepare all documentation in preparation for delivering a business case for design features to management.
Manage & oversee the launch of new major design features/enhancements with all functional organizations
Maintain competitive analysis information and report on key competitive trends and changes.
Help with the evaluation of new product opportunities through market sizing analyses.
Develop, manage and maintain key programs for the field sales force, specifically:
Competitive Analysis
Demos
Support the direct sales field organization via:
Product expertise Proposals Customer research
Work closely with other team members to ensure execution of design requirements
Mentor junior staff by providing design guidance and project support .

Candidate Profile:

Education: Minimum requirement of BS in Design or HCI/ Equivalent in UX/UI terms MS a Plus Travel Required: Yes Travel Percentage: 15% - 25% Requirements:
5 - 8 years successful experience in user interaction and web design.
Bachelors or other degree in human factors, graphic design or related field
Experience designing Web 2.0 applications desired
Experience in rapid and iterative design and development processes
Extensive knowledge and capabilities with HTML, CSS, and AJAX/JavaScript
Knowledge of major multimedia, design, and operating system software (Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks and Illustrator)
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure, with good humor and a strong sense of team
Innate passion for customer satisfaction, and desire to have a significant and lasting impact on the online world
Ability to execute take action and bring projects to a timely closure
Positive attitude
Excellent work ethic - highly professional, specifically in his/her relationships with all key stakeholders
