Build and balance dealer network, Sell out at retail outlets, Relationship management, Performance management and retail outlets
Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve Sales target for all products, Devices, Accessories and Telecom products to direct channel, indirect channel, and other alternate channels
- Responsible for Planning and achieving Brand wise and town wise growth with stress upon range selling and distribution expansion
- Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals
- Manage relationship with Device distributors, Activation & Recharge distributors and Key retail outlets including modern trade outlets
- ISD Management
- Designing and implementing local marketing and media strategies
- Overall Business development by maintaining coordination between Sales & Marketing team, Supply chain & Finance in territory
- Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
- Train, motivate and coach a team of 3-5 full time sales executives and distributor FOS
- Maintain a high energy/high caliber direct sales team
- Sales focus to identify and uncover opportunities.
