Looking out for Lead Project Control Engineer with good experience in project planning & controls functions in the sectors of Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas and Energy.

Job Account-abilities Duties & Responsibilities:
Establish Managing / monitoring Process, Tools & platforms for Integrated Scheduling, Costs, Risks and Changes for one or more Mega projects of Medium to High Complexity
Assist in preparation of SG3 Level 1 Schedule & CAPEX, analyse DEC/ PMC Personnel Capabilities and help commercial with negotiations for finalizing the man-hour rates, if applicable
Establish the project budget and schedule control bases (Baseline budget- Class 3 estimate and L3 baseline schedule)
Review, validate & value engineering project schedules, projects analysis reports, cost forecast & reports, cash flow, materials reports, project communication process, risk analysis and other project planning controls reports/systems.
Prepare and publish project portfolio level reports for management review and pursue all critical actions related to the projects handled by him.
Implement Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work
Analyze variances in schedule and cost performance against the plan
o Communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management
Manage various Interfaces related to the project planning, scheduling and controls across functions
Establish Process of Risk Assessment and Mitigation and participate in Risk reviews.
Mentor, guide, train and develop employees to be more effective and efficient
o Identify gaps in resource requirement and training needs
Develops and delivers training's in Boot Camps.
