We are currently seeking for Lead Project Control (Planning & Scheduling) on permanent roles of the client in EPC sector. Below mentioned are the details of the position:Job Description Participates in weekly project cost reviews/schedule meetings Develops and implements a basic change management system for engineering and construction Develops and maintains various Levels of schedule (Level- 1 to Level- 3) Identifies trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action Maintains the established project cost/schedule program and prepares schedule/cost status reports Provides meaningful, accurate historical data Develops Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract Develops totally integrated EPC schedules/cost control programs Prepare and analyzes the Project Income Statement Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicates the reasons for the issuance of variance. Develop and make a formal presentation Construction site assignment Basic Job Requirements B Tech / B.E. with 12 to 20 years of relevant experience in a Consulting / Engineering (EPC environment) pertaining to Hydrocarbon / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas / Power sectors. Other Job Requirements Strong interpersonal and team management skills Knowledge of Primavera (P6/P7 versions) for Planning/Scheduling candidates.
