Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing the creation of people supply chain
  • Forecast future talent requirements, and the design of strategic planning of meeting the same through different supply channels (internal or external).
  • The incumbent is expected to continuously improve staffing flow, focusing on keeping an optimum bench size, increase supply chain efficiency through hiring, training, planned rotations, visa planning and through design and execution of new initiatives
  • This role will report into the Global People Supply Chain Head.
  • Principal Responsibilities

      Develop resource flow plans

      Develop and use analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict and enhance the people supply chain

      Manage the forecast and plan hiring, re - skilling or redeployment

      Identify opportunities in the end to end supply chain to improve performance

      Validation of demand forecasts provided by PSC analytics team and resolve differences with other teams if any

      Ensure generation of demand forecasts by forecasting team every month for all skills

      Ensure creation of quarterly plans for every skill by planning model owners; provide plan reports to skill planners

      Fulfillment of analytics requests filed by other PSC teams

      Review meetings with key stakeholders to discuss accuracy/ relevance of demand forecasts and skill plans

      Track completion of demand forecasting for different skills; provide forecast reports to skill and competency planners

      Resolve supply side issues

      Develop and deliver complex analytical and data modeling requirements, providing recommendations for improving data integrity
