External Compliance Management:
Regulatory reporting follow up with other teams within CSD on the status of submission of circle-wise reports on appeals logged, resolved and pending for resolution, on a quarterly basis to regulatory agencies.
Consolidation of inputs received from multiple teams & present pan-India compliance status reports.
Follow up with other teams within CSD on submission of quarterly QoS reports to TRAI covering technical/non-technical parameters and handle the exception scenarios with adequate justifications.
Timely escalation of issues attracting penalty on account of non-compliance scenarios in the above mentioned scenarios.
Follow up with other teams within CSD for timely submission of subscriber count reports to DoT on a monthly basis.
Coordinate with Pricing team, Regulatory, VAS-Product/Technology teams, Customer Service QoS team, etc., to check the progress of implementation status of the same
