Training Needs Identification & Analysis
Develop and streamline an effective system for carrying out a Training Needs Identification and Analysis
Identify specific behavioural training interventions from the identified needs
Identify competencies and devising a training plan for the development of those competencies among supervisors
Identify mandatory training sessions for each level. Develop training material for the same.
Candidate from Premier MBA schools will be preferred
