Should have through understanding and worked in Sales and Delivery process.
Should have worked on Customer Business Processes and frameworks (eTOM, TOGAF, ITIL)
Should have good knowledge and worked on proposals and delivery of ADM (Application Development Management) Methodology . Should know the various delivery models Agile and Waterfall.
Must have delivered e2e at least in 4 complex projects of at-least 6 months duration in leadership role.
Has worked in OSS-BSS solutions for at-least 8 years.
Drives end-to-end OSS-BSS technical solutions. (OSS-BSS experience is key requirement)
Analyze customer technology and business environment & requirements (non-functional requirements)

Take on the CSR (Customer Solution Responsible) role in Core-3(Sales) or a similar role as solution scope responsible

Perform customer presentation
Contribute to business case modeling around the customer solution
Contribute to and present business case argumentation to C-level
Investigate current customer network
