Manage and lead projects aimed at improving business performance and adherence to client SLAs
Understand the business processes and track operational performance through creation of various reports
Analyze data to identify deviations from processes and propose areas of improvement
Work closely with the business analyst team to gather and analyse operations data
Handling ad-doc data analysis requests and preparing management update
Ensuring adherence to all applicable US state and federal laws or regulations with respect to valuation.
Engineering from reputed institutions. In additional, MBA will be preferred though not mandatory.
Approximate 4 years of work experience. Prior experience in a business analyst and/or client management role is preferred.
Familiarity with the US mortgage industry will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Visio Word and Power Point
Working knowledge of SQL queries and MS Access
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
