Responsible to work on AVAYA Voice Technology,performing Installation, Commissioning, Servicing and Configuration of various Instruments used for communication with different range of related products.
Handling critical issues of Voice Network Infrastructure
Expertise in building & managing voice infrastructure projects.
Analysis of Technical gap for Old releases, Upgrades/ Expansion.
Acting as a point of contact for all the technical teams in case of critical, high severity and major incidents.
Handling E2E voice infrastructiral projects & services.
Minimum 6-7 years of hands on experience
Should have exposure in Avaya-Red & Avaya-Blue both (Mandatory)
Avaya Certification (Mandatory)
Exp to work for Financial client would be preferred
Should be open to 24/7 work environment.
