Job Description

Responsible for account retention, and continued penetration at assigned accounts / customers.

Responsible for achieving new target revenue at assigned accounts / customer.

 May manage direct reports to support activities / projects within assigned accounts / customer. At times, may coach the direct reports in account leadership and skill development, both internal and external

customer elements. (i.e., Product Expansion, Customer Service, JDE, Order Entry).

 With the assistance of the Product Team, that may include Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Product

Managers and Technical Support Specialists to meet mutual (customer and Company) expectations and objectives. At times, requires assistance to successfully deliver to the customer, problem resolution with the appropriate use of internal resources.

 In general, this includes the entire sales and product conversion process through close of sale, determining and influencing internal resources to maintain and close sale (organizational agility), and building relationships at multiple levels at the customer. Specifically , this included the following:

 Identifies applications and assesses product needs. Supports product development and research ideas.

Communicates the needs of the customer base, and delivers information to internal R&D and Product Management Teams.

 Promotes the core product range to new and current accounts (not assigned to Process Engineers).

 Introduces new products and cost reduction programs to aid achievement of business goals.

 Identifies and is involved in the development of CMS opportunities. Assists on CMS site surveys; assists

in the preparation of CMS Presentations and Proposals if needed.

 Manages the Company'sValue Proposition. Develop/Use Case Studies in the Sales Process

 Possesses the ability to provide leadership, input, and direction to regional commercial team on a wide range of issues including strategy, internal process, and key account development.

Experience / Exposure/ Education :

The following competencies & criteria form an essential part for the incumbent.

 Immaculate written and oral communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, business acumen and apenchant for sales and marketing.

 Strong leadership acumen & behavior.

 Ability to manage key customer relationships and develop growth.

 Good knowledge and understanding of, and ability to work effectively with Companies's processes and procedures.

 Bachelor's degree in engineering not limited to but desirably in Chemical or Mechanical, preferably with PG degree or diploma in Management.
