Developing and managing relationships with the set of designated external customers to deliver targeted business goals.
Building relationship with the internal partners of the organization like Product management, supply chain, Divisional and branch teams to ensure superior Value delivery to external customers.
Developing and implementing local strategies to engage with designated customers, including identifying opportunities to capture future value.
Formalizing & implementing the business plan for the assigned Key accounts
Monitoring external partner (customer) satisfaction and implementing steps to improve performance.
Ensuring complete adherence to the credit control policy
Monitoring competitor activity and contribute to organizational market intelligence.
Focus on OEM business development
Assisting the Line Manager/ National Manager Strategic Partnerships in organizing and preparing for team meetings, presentations to management, external presentations etc.
